On January 20, 2026, the Social Parties Ance Imperia and Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil met to establish the Variable Element of pay, effective from January 1, 2026. The positive results of several indicators were derived based on comparison between the triennial periods 2025-2024-2023 and 2024-2023-2022. The positive indicators include the number of workers enrolled in the Edile Cassa of the Province of Imperia, the salary amount reported in the Edile Cassa of the Province of Imperia, hours reported in the Edile Cassa of the Province of Imperia, and the average number of workers per company.
