On January 21, 2026, ACEM ANCE Molise together with Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil signed an agreement to verify parameters for the distribution of the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2026. The remuneration is determined using parameters from the Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and a 25% weighting, resulting in a total of 100% of a 4% quota that is calculated based on the base pay scales. The construction companies recognize the 4% quota to their employees for the year 2026.
Some companies, however, have the right to not disburse this entitlement or to issue it at a reduced amount, equal to 65% of the territorial EVR. These companies must comply with the procedure for verifying business parameters set out in the agreement.
The results from the comparison of the parameters between 2023/2025 and 2021/2023, with a 25% weightage assigned to each, indicate a positive outcome. Hence, the territorial EVR for 2026 is 100%.
For employees, the 4% EVR is calculated based on their base pay scale as of July 1, 2023. For instance, an employee at level VII with a base pay of 1974.71 will receive an EVR of 78.99, while an employee at level I with a base pay of 987.36 will receive an EVR of 39.49.
For workers, the 4% EVR is calculated on an hourly basis. For example, a worker at level IV with a base pay of 7.99 per hour will receive an EVR of 0.32, while a custodian with housing at a base pay of 4.57 per hour will receive an EVR of 0.18.
For companies offering a reduced EVR of 65%, an employee at level VII with a base pay of 1974.71 will receive an EVR of 51.34, and a custodian with housing at a pay of 4.57 per hour will receive an EVR of 0.12.
