New Unified Collective Contract Signed for CIRL Artisan Clothing Veneto

On March 26, 2026, a new unified collective agreement was signed for the sectors related to the Fashion Area and the Chemical Area by Confartigianato Imprese, Cna, Casartigiani del Veneto with Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil. This agreement, which does not apply to the tanning and ceramics sectors, takes effect from March 1, 2026 and is set to expire on December 31, 2028.

The agreement maintains the contractual validity of the Regional Transitory Element (ERT), in the amounts and modes already defined by previous negotiations. It will continue to be recognized with the salary for March 2026 and subsequent months. Depending on the sector and level, the monthly ERT value ranges from 11.80 to 56.00 Euros, with the hourly value ranging from approximately 0.07 to 0.32 Euros.

For the years 2026 (to be paid in 2027), 2027 (to be paid in 2028) and 2028 (to be paid in 2029), a productivity-linked result bonus is expected, governed by the regional Result Bonus Agreement.

Specifically for the reference year 2025, fashion sector companies in 2026 are making available corporate welfare tools for full-time and part-time workers working 50% or more of the time. They are specified as 120.00 Euros annually for workers and executives and 84.00 Euros annually for professionalizing apprentices. For part-time workers with working hours less than 50% it’s 60.00 Euros annually for workers and executives and 42.00 Euros annually for professionalizing apprentices.

For the chemical sector, for the reference year 2025, fashion sector companies in 2026 are making corporate welfare tools available for full-time and part-time workers working 50% or more. It’s 150.00 Euros annually for workers and executives and 105.00 Euros annually for professionalizing apprentices. For part-time workers with working hours less than 50%, it’s 75.00 Euros annually for workers and executives and 53.00 Euros annually for professionalizing apprentices.

From May 1, 2026, an amount is to be paid into the second level Ebav funds, in addition to the first level payments. For the fashion system, this amount is 5.60 Euros charged to companies per employee per 12 months and 1.90 Euros charged to workers for 12 months. In the chemical, rubber, plastic and glass sector, the amount is 5.00 Euros charged to companies per employee for 12 months and 1.60 Euros charged to workers for 12 months.
