On March 10, 2026, Ance Romagna, Fillea-Cgil Ravenna, Filca-Cisl Romagna, and Feneal-Uil Ravenna convened to discuss the amount of the Variable Element of Remuneration (E.V.R) related to the provincial supplementary contract for construction workers. Following a review of results certified by the Cassa Edile di Ravenna concerning the agreed E.V.R. indicators and the achievement of all the set objectives, they determined the amounts to be paid as part of the April 2026 salary.
EVR 2026 covers remunerations between July 1, 2014, and June 30, 2015. The distribution is as follows:
– For level 7 employees of the superior category, the minimum agreed upon is 1.630,71 with an EVR of 4% equalling to 782,74.
– Level 6 employees of the 1st category will receive a minimum of 1.467,63 and an EVR of 704,46.
– Level 5 employees of the 2nd category are set to receive a minimum of 1.223,02 with an EVR of 587,05.
– For level 4 employees, the foreman will get 1.255,98 with an EVR of 602,87, and administrative employees are slated for 1.141,51 with an EVR of 547,92, and a worker is set to get 1.141,80 with an EVR of 548,06.
– Level 3 employees are slated for 1.059,96 with an EVR of 508,78, while specialized workers will receive 1.060,49 with an EVR of 509,04.
– For level 2, employees in the 4th category will get 953,97 with an EVR of 457,91, and qualified workers will receive 953,23 with an EVR of 457,55.
– Level 1 employees in the 4th category are slated for 815,36 with an EVR of 391,37, while ordinary workers will receive 814,83 with an EVR of 391,12.
The Variable Element of Compensation applies to workers, employed persons, and apprentices who were active during the parameters measurement period (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025) and who are employed in April 2026.
