On 26th March 2026, the Venetian Employer Associations, Confartigianato, CNA, Casartigiani, and the Venetian Trade Union, Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil, signed the CIRL (Industrial Relations Collective Agreement), introducing the Result Award (PRV) for workers in various sectors in the Veneto region for the period 2026-2028. The award applies to the textile, clothing, footwear, eyewear, chemical, rubber, and glass industries, and is conditional on the performance of two company indicators: VAT business volume and the average number of employees.
Businesses are required to self-certify their results by 15th July to confirm their achievement of the stipulated objectives. The payment of the award, which is all-inclusive of direct and indirect contractual wages, including severance pay, will be made annually in one installment with the October salary of the following year. Workers also have the option of allocating all or part of the award to welfare services.
The table below shows the awards for the textile, clothing, footwear, toy, laundry, glasses, and optics sectors:
– For 2026 (paid in October 2027), all levels – €120,00; apprentices – €84,00
– For 2027 (paid in October 2028), all levels – €150,00; apprentices – €120,00
– For 2028 (paid in October 2029), all levels – €170,00; apprentices – €153,00
And for the chemical, plastic and rubber, glass sectors:
– For 2026 (paid in October 2027), all levels – €160,00; apprentices – €112,00
– For 2027 (paid in October 2028), all levels – €220,00; apprentices – €176,00
– For 2028 (paid in October 2029), all levels – €240,00; apprentices – €216,00
The distribution of the award is determined based on the growth of both company parameters. If both parameters indicate growth, the company distributes the PRV at 100% of the expected amount, with potential tax benefits. If both parameters are negative, the company is not required to disburse the PRV. If only one parameter shows growth, the PRV is proportionally distributed with potential tax benefits. If a company fails to check against the growth indicators, the full award is payable without any tax benefits.
