On April 1, 2026, the employer association Ance Firenze and the trade union organizations Feneal-Uil Firenze, Filca-Cisl Firenze and Fillea-Cgil Firenze signed an agreement to determine the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for 2025, to be paid in 2026, for construction workers in Florence.
The meeting focused on the verification of territorial indicators comparing the three-year period 2025-2024-2023 with the previous 2024-2023-2022. From the analysis of four specific parameters, namely the number of registered workers, reported hours, salary amount, and worker training, it emerged that all displayed a positive or equal sign, confirming the growth of the construction sector in Florence. Based on these results, the territorial EVR was set at 4% to be calculated on the base pay rates in effect as of July 1, 2023.
Accordingly, the companies will have to check the two business parameters to determine the actual payment to workers. The amounts due will be paid from April 2026 for a maximum of 12 months. The amount of EVR will vary depending on the levels and parameters.
The details are as follows:
At Level VII Q and VII, with 1974.71 as a base, the EVR is 78.99 if two business parameters are positive, 27.65 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
At Level VI with 1777.23 as a base, the EVR is 71.09 if two business parameters are positive, 24.88 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
At Level V with 1481.02 as a base, the EVR is 59.24 if two business parameters are positive, 20.73 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
At Level IV with 1382.31 as a base, the EVR is 55.29 if two business parameters are positive, 19.35 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
At Level III with 1283.56 as a base, the EVR is 51.34 if two business parameters are positive, 17.97 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
At Level II with 1155.21 as a base, the EVR is 46.21 if two business parameters are positive, 16.17 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
Lastly, at Level I with 987.36 as a base, the EVR is 39.49 if two business parameters are positive, 13.82 for one positive business parameter and zero if no parameter is positive.
