EVR (Equivalent Value Reimbursement) will be disbursed monthly from January 2026 to personnel on duty as of January 31, 2026. An agreement specifically for artisan companies’ employees, small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, and artisan consortiums (including cooperative ones) in the construction and related fields in Friuli Venezia Giulia was signed on March 26, 2026. Various organizations, including Confartigianato Companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia, CNA Friuli Venezia Giulia, and multiple labor unions had a part in cementing this contract.
The symbolic shift in this agreement follows the successful triennial trend data analysis of five contract indicators for 2023-2025. Group officials compared it with prior trends from 2022-2024, discovering a positive variance in productivity with the four out of five productivity parameters. Consequently, the equivalent value of the reimbursement (EVR) must be awarded based upon 85% of the 6% minimum rate, as prescribed by the contract agreement.
A breakdown of the EVR amount in euros expected in 2026 is unveiled on monthly and hourly levels shifting from highest (7°) to lowest (1°). For instance, employees at level 7° can expect around 91.69 euros every month, the equivalent of an hourly rate of 0.53, while those on level 6° will have 81.31 euros every month, and an hourly rate of 0.47. On level 1°, the lowest, they can expect 44.98 euros every month, equalling a 0.26 euro hourly rate.
Additionally, the agreement decrees a supplemental enterprise EVR payment to be presented in 2026, ranging from level 7° to 1°. Employees on level 7° would receive a monthly amount of 53.63 euros (per hour, this translates to 0.31 euro), and at level 6°, it would be 48.44 euros monthly (0.28 euro hourly). At the lowest level, 1°, the monthly sum sits at 25.95 euros, which translates to an hourly rate of 0.15 euro.
