An agreement was signed on April 28, 2026, between Autostrade and Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, UilTrasporti, Sla-Cisal, and Ugl-Vl to establish the amount of the Productivity Award for the year 2026, based on the results of the year 2025. The agreement was determined after reviewing the performance indicators and their impact. The Award will be included in the May 2026 salary.
It was revealed in the analysis that the Productivity Award is set at 2,341.00 euros for a level C worker. The award will be adjusted for other levels based on the parameters set by the CCNL.
The worker has the option to convert the Award through the welfare portal. The parties confirm the conversion rates of the Award in stages of 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. The Award also applies to employees of Youverse and Movyon companies.
