On March 26, 2026, the employer associations Confartigianato and Cna and the regional union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil signed the definition protocol for the EVR for 2026, in line with article 18 of the CIRL of November 30, 2022. For its quantification, the parties analyzed five territorial indicators, comparing the period 2023-2025 with the former one 2022-2024. The assessment confirmed a positive trend for four out of five parameters, so it was established that the EVR will be paid at 85% of the 6% rate calculated on the minimum rates set by the sector’s CCNL. The amount will be divided into 12 monthly quotas, paid from January to December 2026 to the staff in force as of January 31, 2026. The emolument calculation is based on the actual hours worked, with a maximum of 173 hours per month.
Regarding the EVR 2026 amount, the monthly and hourly quotas vary based on the level. For the 7th level, the monthly quota is 91.69, and the hourly rate is 0.53. For the 6th level, the amounts are 81.31 and 0.47, respectively; for the 5th level, they are 67.47 and 0.39 respectively. For the 4th level, the respective amounts are 62.28 and 0.36. For the 3rd level, they are 58.82 and 0.34, for the 2nd level, 51.90 and 0.30, and for the 1st level, 44.98 and 0.26.
Furthermore, in line with article 19 of the CIRL of November 30, 2022, the protocol also covers the additional company EVR. This amount, upon verification of the positivity of the company parameters of the single company in the comparison between 2025 and 2024, is to be paid by December 2026. The additional EVR is only intended for workers already in force as of January 1, 2022, and still employed.
As for the additional company EVR 2026 amount, the monthly and hourly quotas vary according to the level. For the 7th level, the monthly quota is 53.63, and the hourly rate is 0.31. For the 6th level, the amounts are 48.44 and 0.28, respectively; for the 5th level, they are 39.79 and 0.23, respectively. For the 4th level, the respective amounts are 36.33 and 0.21. For the 3rd level, they are 34.60 and 0.20, for the 2nd level, 31.14 and 0.18, and finally, for the 1st level, 25.95 and 0.15.
