Ecco l’Osservatorio sulle povertà per l’Assegno di Inclusione

The observatory on poverty was established in accordance with the measure and in implementation of article 11, paragraph 5 of the Labor Decree (D.M. 19 July 2024 no. 123/2024). It aims to promote participatory forms of programming and monitoring of the Inclusion Allowance, as well as other interventions to combat poverty and social exclusion. The members of the observatory take initiatives to share scientific research, analyze tools and actions to combat poverty, and can take any useful initiatives to achieve the aforementioned goals. The observatory is chaired by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, and includes competent institutions, members of the Scientific Committee, representatives of social partners, Third Sector entities, and experts. The observatory has a three-year duration and meets twice a year, unless other needs arise. The operating procedures of the observatory will be defined by regulations adopted at the first meeting by a majority vote of the participants.
