Scadenza per la definizione dei profili formativi del CCNL Commercio Confcommercio posticipata al 31 ottobre

Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia and the trade unions Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, Uiltucs-Uil have signed a new supplementary agreement regarding the professional apprenticeship discipline. In the renewal of the national collective contract for tertiary, distribution, and services signed on March 22, 2024, new professional figures were identified. In a subsequent agreement on March 28, 2024, the parties agreed to implement the new classification system for apprenticeship hiring starting from June 1, 2024. However, in a recent agreement reached on June 27, 2024, it was decided that the previous professional figures would remain in effect until June 30, 2024, for the purpose of identifying and sharing training profiles related to the new figures introduced in articles 113 and 115 of the collective contract. This deadline has now been extended to October 31, 2024. Therefore, until that date, the previous figures will continue to be used for professional apprenticeship hiring.
