Starting from November 1, 2024, changes made to job classification and new training profiles will be implemented for hiring with apprenticeship contracts. This was agreed on November 4, 2024, by Confesercenti Nazionale and the unions Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs, for professional apprenticeship hires. These revisions were introduced with the renewal agreement of the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL), that was signed on March 22, 2024.
The new job figures provided by articles 113, 115, and 115.1 will be applied. In addition, new training profiles are being provided. Specifically concerning the status of para-pharmacist, the social parties have decided to deviate from what is anticipated in article 53 of the current contract text. They established that the level of professional classification and the resulting financial treatment will correspond to the second level, throughout the entire duration of 36 months.
