Manageritalia announced that the Welfare Platform for service sector managers has expanded its services to include new features such as socio-assistance and psychologist packages, telemedicine and telemonitoring services, and reimbursement for school, care, and public transportation expenses.
The socio-assistance and psychologist packages offer support for executives and their families, including matching with qualified caregivers and support for family vulnerabilities, as well as psychological sessions.
The telemedicine and telemonitoring service includes initial assessment by a doctor, unlimited access to medical and nursing staff, 12 medical video consultations, a web app for collecting biomedical data, and a wrist device for real-time biomedical parameter monitoring.
The reimbursement service covers expenses related to education, home care or care facilities, and public transportation for executives and their families. This includes reimbursement for education expenses, nursery school fees, specialization courses, school supplies, meals, before and after school care, care services for family members, nursing care, care facility fees, and home palliative care, as well as public transportation passes.
The reimbursement is processed through payroll after approval of the request. Each executive will receive an annual welfare credit of 1,000 to 1,500 euros depending on their contract, which can only be used within the welfare platform.
These services are available to all active executives in 2024 and 2025, providing them with valuable support for their personal and family well-being through a range of useful benefits and resources.
