On November 18, an agreement was signed between the national secretariats of the OOSS Filt CGIL, Fit CISL, Uiltrasporti and the employer associations Assoporti, Assiterminal, Assologistica, and Fise Uniport. This agreement confirms and expands the initial proposal made on October 8.
The agreement establishes a new minimum wage schedule starting from:
– November 2024;
– December 2025;
– December 2026.
For instance, on the current level VII salary of 1460.01 euros, there will be a 37 euro increase in November 2024, a 47 euro increase in December 2025, and a 57 euro increase in December 2026. This cumulates to a total increase of 141 euros, making the future level VII salary 1601 euros by December 31, 2026. Similar incremental increases are set for other salary levels up until the highest Quadro A ADSP level, which currently stands at 2681.80 euros and will increase to 2851 euros.
Key confirmations include:
– The Distinct Element of Remuneration (EDR as per Article 15 of the CCNL) remains at 50.00 euros gross from 1 November 2024, for 13 months, in addition to the current EDR amount.
– For the period from January 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, a one-off amount of 350.00 euros gross applies to all levels, in three tranches: 150 euros in November 2024; 100 euros in July 2025; and another 100 euros in July 2026. Detailed provisions apply for employees hired after January 1, 2024, and before October 31, 2024. The aforementioned amount is calculated by multiplying one-tenth of this figure for each month of service in which the employee worked at least 15 calendar days, and is proportionately distributed in relation to their part-time work schedule.
– A fictitious amount of 250.00 euros, equal for all levels, is provided as part of welfare measures (flexible and/or fringe benefits) split into three tranches: 50 euros in November 2024; 100 euros in July 2025; and another 100 euros in July 2026.
This comprehensive agreement is expected to greatly benefit all the employees associated with the above-mentioned organizations. By providing a stepwise increment in the minimum salary levels and offering welfare measures, the agreement respects the rights of the workers while ensuring continuity of service.
