After 13 years, the Calabria Verde and Parco Naturale Regionale delle Serre along with regional unions Flai-Cgil, Flai-Cisl, and Uila-Uil have renewed the contract for workers in forestry and agricultural plumbing. The new contract addresses topics such as: site organization and emergency response activities; union freedoms; gender policies; work safety and generational change. It is also specified that new hires can occur to meet temporary work intensification needs related to forestry, fire prevention and firefighting, forest heritage protection, soil defense, forestry hydraulic arrangement, and associated civil infrastructures. Economically, a contractual increase of 50.00 euros, at parameter 108, is forecast, which will be paid in two instalments.
