On 20th December, the Conflavoro Pmi and Fesica, with the assistance of the Confsal, signed an agreement that brought new changes to the CCNL Metalmeccanica Artigianato, which was originally signed on 10th January 2024. Effective from 1st January 2025, the agreement stipulates new minimum wages for employees in the sector, with further changes made to some contractual institutions.
For the sector of mechanics and installation of plants, industrial design and machinery have been added to the scope. In terms of contract work flexibility, the agreement states that work hours exceeding planned ones and not recovered by the end of each year will be paid at a 10% increase unless the employee requests and the company allows for use.
Regulations on holidays and the thirteenth month salary have also been modified. For fixed-term contracts, holidays, additional salaries, and other potential salary elements will be paid and broken down according to specific maturity rules. From the first month following contract expiration, a contractual holiday payout is expected at 1% of the minimum table value, which is absorbed by salary increases set during the vacation contractual period.
Changes to the minimum salary come into effect on four different dates; 1st January 2025, 1st July 2025, 1st March 2026 and 1st November 2026. The updated amounts for each sector are listed in tables.
For the Metalworks and Plant Installation sector, the minimum wages for levels 1 to 7 range from 2,020.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 2,108.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 1 and 1,477.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 1,542.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 7. An additional monthly function allowance of 50.00 euros is to be added to level 1.
In the Dental Technician sector, the levels 1-6 range from 1,904.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 1,977.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 1 and 1,415.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 1,469.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 6, with an additional 50.00 euros monthly function allowance for level 1.
For the sector of Goldsmiths, Silversmiths, and Similar, the levels 1-6 range from 2,021,00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 2,109.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 1 and 1,470.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 1,534.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 6. Level 1 employees also get a monthly function allowance of 50.00 euro.
Finally, for the Artistic Restoration of Cultural Goods sector, the wages for levels 1-6 range from 2,680.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 2,822.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for the Quadro Super and Quadro levels, and 1,589.00 euros on 1st January 2025 to 1,673.00 euros on 1st November 2026 for level 6. The Quadro Super level and the senior technical restoration worker in level 4 get a monthly function allowance of 50.00 and 100.00 euros respectively.
