The trade unions Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uil-Trasporti, as well as Confartigianato, Cna, Casartigiani, and Claai Marche, have signed a renewal agreement of the CIRL Cleaning Craft of the Marche region. The contract will be effective from December 1, 2024, and will end on November 30, 2028. An increase of the regional economic element by 1.2% is expected in comparison to details provided in the regional interconfederal agreement on bilateralism of December 12, 2022. The Eer will amount to 5.00 Euros at level 4, parameter 100. The table below provides more details about the measurements in various categories.

The agreed contract states that the companies must provide workers with permanent or at least three-month consecutive contracts in the same company welfare tools amounting to 100 Euros. This sum will be paid in a single solution. The amount will be disbursed in Decembers of 2024 and from 2025 onwards, it will be rolled out in July of each year. The agreement also includes clauses covering matters relating to gender protection and any measures taken to combat workplace violence and harassment.
