On December 6, 2024, the provincial supplementary renewal for workers in the industrial construction and similar companies in the province of Lecce was signed. The agreement, which takes effect on December 1, 2024, for a three-year term, was signed by Ance together with the trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil Lecce.
The focus was on the section dedicated to wage increases, training, and safety. The out-of-zone and transport allowances were also adjusted, amounting to 5.00 euros for each day from December 1, 2024 onwards. The canteen allowance is set at 4.00 euro for each day of actual attendance, divisible by the hour, starting from December 1, 2024.
The amounts related to the variable element of the wage are reported in the following table:
– Level 7: as of 30.9.2024, the minimum is 1,974.71, with a Variable Wage Element (EVR) of 59.24
– Level 6: the minimum is 1,777.23, with an EVR of 53.32
– Level 5: the minimum is 1,481.02, with an EVR of 44.43
– Level 4: the minimum is 1,382.31, with an EVR of 41.47
– Level 3: the minimum is 1,283.56, with an EVR of 38.51
– Level 2: the minimum is 1,155.21, with an EVR of 34.66
– Level 1: the minimum is 987.36, with an EVR of 29.62
A reward for virtuous companies will also be decided, this will be certified by a specific Implementing Regulation, which contains the requirements for access and recognition terms.
Also, a guarantee fund has been foreseen for workers in case of company bankruptcy. A reduction in the Prevedi Fund is also expected.
The company loyalty reward will be granted to those employees who have accrued a period of service with the same company not less than 12 months and up to the termination of the employment relationship.
