On December 20, 2024, Conflavoro Pmi, Fesica, and Confsal signed the renewal of the national collective contract for the Fashion Crafts – Leather Goods, Footwear, Textile, Clothing and Related, Chemical and Ceramics sectors, which expired on December 31, 2023. The agreement plans salary increases for the industry’s employees as of January 1, 2025, October 1, 2025, and October 1, 2026.
For the Textile Clothing sector, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 are as follows: First level – from €1,976 to €2,114, Second level – from €1,850 to €1,980, and so on down to the Seventh level – from €1,361 to €1,456. In all levels, a function allowance of €20.70 should be added.
For the Textile Footwear sector, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 range from €1,975 to €2,113 at the First level down to €1,366 to €1,461 at the Seventh level, plus the function allowance of €20.70.
In the Handmade and Custom Works sector, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 range from €1,973 to €2,109 at the First level down to €1,353 to €1,446 at the Seventh level, plus the function allowance of €20.70.
In the Eyewear sector, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 range from €1,917 to €2,051 at the Second level down to €1,410 to €1,508 at the Seventh level, plus the function allowance of €20.70.
In the Chemical, Rubber-Plastic, Glass, and Tanning sectors, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 are as follows: First level – from €2,129 to €2,284, Second level – from €1,989 to €2,133, and so on down to the Seventh level – from €1,431 to €1,534. In all levels, a function allowance of €20.70 should be added.
Finally, in the Ceramics, Terracotta, and Gres sectors, the minimum salaries from January 2025 to October 2026 range from €1,894 to €2,026 at the First level down to €1,384 to €1,480 at the Seventh level, plus the function allowance of €20.70.
