The first quarter of the total amount has been paid with the January paycheck
As per the agreement signed on November 6, 2024, social parties Federcasa, Fp-Cisl, Uil-Fpl, and Fesica Confsal have planned to provide a one-time allowance, equal to 3% of the table value as of December 31, 2021, to each worker in service for fourteen monthly payments in 2022. For the year 2023, an equivalent 3% is available, and for the period from January 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024, it is awarded at a rate of 7%, subtracting the contractual vacation allowance actually paid by the companies. The first installment, equivalent to 1/4 of the total amount, is paid with the January paycheck.
The amounts titled as a one-time allowance have no effects on all the direct, indirect or deferred contractual institutions, and are paid in a fraction/reduced proportion based on the actual duration of employment from January 2022 to November 2024, inclusive, and the part-time or full-time work schedule effectively performed, provided that the personnel is present in service at the moment of the provision.
