Starting from February 1, 2025, admission is done to assist citizens in fulfilling the obligations of registered parties (INPS, message February 14, 2025, no. 575). From this date, advocacy institutions can access the Information System for social and work inclusion (SIISL) platform, including positions related to NASpI and DIS-COLL recipients. Specifically, these institutions can assist beneficiaries in compiling their curriculum vitae, the Digital Activation Pact (PAD), and if necessary, the collection of data for the Personalized Service Pact (PSP).
The SIISL provides a guide for each procedure, making it easier for users to access and use the services. The operator from the advocacy institution can access the SIISL platform in the usual manner.
Within the list of sponsored citizens, in addition to the Training and Work Support (SFL) and Inclusion Allowance (ADI) beneficiaries, those who have applied for NASpI or DIS-COLL through the same advocacy institution are also visible, and their processing status is listed as “In liquidation”.
The operator from the advocacy institution can therefore select a specific NASpI or DIS-COLL beneficiary from the list, through a specific search using a tax code, and proceed with the planned activities. The manual is attached to this comment.
