On February 19th, the Association of Constructors Ance Cremona, Feneal Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil agreed that the territorial check of the parameters for the recognition of EVR (Economic Value of the Role) confirmed the positivity of 3 out of 4 parameters. As a result, the provincial EVR to be paid in monthly installments in 2025 to workers, technicians, and employees by companies will be equal to 75% of 4% of the minimum tabular figures in force on the date of the National Collective Labor Agreement on March 3, 2022.
Companies that are entitled not to provide the provincial EVR for 2024 must comply with the verification procedure of the corporate parameters to be activated by July 15, 2025.
A table presented reveals how this payment will be distributed amongst different types of workers, both manual and administrative, with the wage base, provincial EVR at 4%, and values based on one or two positive company parameters.
For manual workers, the values are as follows: for a worker on rank IV, the wage base is 7.67, the provincial EVR 4% is 0.23, two positive company parameters give 0.23, while one positive parameter gives 0.14. For a rank I worker, the figures are a little lower: wage base of 5.48, provincial EVR 4% of 0.16, two positive company parameters of 0.16, and one positive parameter of 0.10.
For administrative employees, the range is wider: a 1st category superior and executive has a 1894.71 wage base, provincial EVR 4% of 56.84, two positive company parameters of 56.84, and one positive parameter of 36.96. For a 4th category employee, the wage base is 1108.41, the provincial EVR 4% is 33.25, two positive company parameters give 33.25, while one positive parameter gives 21.61.
In conclusion, the identification of positive operational parameters significantly influences the economic retribution of different workers in the province. The decision reached by the associations is expected to bring a more equitable distribution of economic value based on performance and role.
