The Bilateral Artisan Agency of Veneto is offering a financial grant for the indefinite employment of former apprentices already working for the company. Each category has a maximum grant allocation for the year, and applications for this grant will be placed in an annual ranking list. The ranking will be organised once all the applications for the year are received and is based on a ratio of: the number of apprentices hired indefinitely versus the number of employees working in December of the applicable year.
The employee count in December includes both full-time and part-time workers, with part-time workers measured as a percentage – an example provided is two full-time workers and a 60% time worker amounting to 2.60 total workers. Applications that are excluded from the ranking may be reconsidered based on specific resolutions of the relevant Category Committees.
Grants will be released within three months from the end of the service via a credit transfer to the account of the applicant. Failure to provide an IBAN declaration, missing documentation or missing other required elements may cause a delay in the grant distribution process. The Agency will provide the requested subsidy only as long as there are remaining funds and/or resources dedicated to the service being requested.
