On March 11, an agreement was signed by Legacoop, Confcooperative, Agci, Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl, and Feneal-Uil of Emilia Romagna regarding the quantification of EVR for construction workers employed by cooperative movement companies in the province of Ravenna. The parties acknowledged the outcomes certified by the Cassa Edile of Ravenna concerning the indicators of the EVR, and determined that all five pre-established goals had been met.
This led to the stipulation of the amounts to be paid out in two equal installments with the April and October 2025 salaries. The total amounts, based on the EVR level of 4%, were set at the following ranges:
– Level 8: 1,000.00 euros
– Level 7: 839.00 euros
– Level 6: 720.00 euros
– Level 5: 612.00 euros
– Level 4: 548.00 euros
– Level 3: 509.00 euros
– Level 2: 457.00 euros
– Level 1: 400.00 euros
The Parties also agreed that the total amount would be re-proportioned based on the length of employment during the period from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. For part-time workers, the total amount would be re-apportioned according to the working hours put in during the same period.
This agreement signifies the recognition of the efforts made by construction workers and signifies a forward movement in their remuneration. The payment which is divided into two equal sums, to be paid out in April and October of 2025, is a significant benefit for the workers. The amounts, which range from 400 to 1000 euros, are based on the EVR level of each worker. Besides, the total amount would also take into account the duration of employment and working hours for part-time employees during the specific period.
