CIPL Edilizia Industria Rieti: Supplementary Contract Renewed and EVR 2025 Defined

On February 10, 2025, Ance Rieti and the regional OO.SS. of Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil signed the renewal of provincial supplementary agreement for workers in construction and related sectors, effective from October 1, 2024. The renewal saw a remodulation and reconfirmation of some benefits, one being the meal allowance, as per the table below:

Workers (on an hourly basis for each ordinary working hour) – €0.95

Employees (on a daily basis) – €7.65

Concrete workers (on an hourly basis for each ordinary working hour) – €1.09

Concrete employees (on a daily basis) – €8.79

Regarding transport allowance, an hourly transport allowance of €0.36 will be granted from April 1, 2025, instead of monthly public transport reimbursement, in cases where commuting to the workplace is difficult with public transport. The allowance will increase to €0.37 per hour from October 1, 2025. Workers working in tunnels will receive an allowance of €0.60 for each hour.

The standby allowance established is €40 per day on non-working days and €30 per week on working days. Those working two meters below the road level will receive a top down allowance of €0.50 per working hour.

Mountain allowance will be €3.32 daily for workers working at altitudes above 1000 meters, and €3.87 for those working above 1200 meters. For traveling, those working outside of the municipality where they were hired will receive a daily allowance calculated depending on the distance from the border of the hiring municipality. This will be 10% if the site is more than 15km and within 50km from the usual place of work, 15% if within 51km to 100km, and 20% if it’s more than 101km.

Additionally, workers laying asphalt will receive a daily allowance of €5. A bonus fund is also introduced to be financed at 1.05% of the relative illness/accident fund.

The amount of variable pay for 2025 was also defined, comparing the three-year periods of 2020, 2021, 2022 with 2021, 2022, and 2023. Finding parameter positivity, the measures were defined effective from January 1 to December 31, 2025, at 4% of the minimum wage in force as at July 1, 2023.
