The Regional Bilateral Body of Craftsmanship of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Ebiart) has decided to provide a contribution for employees of companies enrolled in Ebiart, with a non-negotiable contribution history of at least 12 months, who have used public transport with a subscription for commuting in 2024. Tickets admitted are those annual or those purchased for a minimum of six consecutive months.
The contribution will amount as follows:
– 200.00 euros, if the documented expense is more than 500.00 euros;
– 150.00 euros if the documented expense is less than 500.00 euros;
– 200.00 euros for employees who have used their car to get to work (company’s office) if the round trip exceeds 40 km.
Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2025. Ebiart will settle the processes after June 30, 2025. The necessary documents that should be attached to the application include:
– Copy of the personal travel pass;
– Copy of receipts and supporting documentation of expenses;
– Copy of the most recent payslip received.
In case of using personal cars:
– Self-certification of home-to-work route;
– Copy of the Car registration document;
– Copy of the most recent payslip received.
The contribution will be provided by Ebiart through the company, which will then disburse what is due to the employee with the first useful payslip, applying the standard tax deductions to the amount.
