EVR for 2025 Defined by CIRL Artisanal Construction Veneto

On March 18th, an agreement was signed by several business and trade union representatives from the Veneto region in Italy, including Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, CNA Veneto, and Casartigiani Veneto. The agreement sets forth the amounts for the EVR (Economic Value of Remuneration) for the year 2025, calculated based on a 4.5% percentage applied to minimum wages.

The signatories have established that all five performance parameters in the year 2024 compared to 2023 have yielded positive results. Therefore, the EVR payout, calculated based on a 4.5% percentage applied to existing minimums, will be dispersed over 12 monthly payments from April 2025 to March 2026.

The agreement then provides a breakdown of the annual and monthly EVR for employees and apprentices at various skill and pay levels.

For level 7 employees, the annual EVR is €1,076.52, working out to €89.71 per month. For level 6 employees, these figures are €959.64 and €79.97 respectively. For level 5 employees and workers, they are €799.80 and €66.65, for level 4 – €745.68 and €62.14, for level 3 – €693.24 and €57.77, for level 2 – €622.92 and €51.91, and for level 1 – €533.16 and €44.43.

The aggreement also specifies that companies will have the flexibility to verify business parameters (such as the number of hours reported to EDILCASSA VENETO). If at least one parameter yields positive or evenly-matched results compared to the previous financial year, the company will disburse 50% of the calculated EVR amount. These adjustments provide potential variability in distributing EVR, giving companies some leeway based on their performance in a given year.
