Approvata la piattaforma CCNL Chimica Industria

On March 31, the trade unions Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec- Uil approved a platform for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for the chemical pharmaceutical industry for the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. Economically, the unions have demanded an increase of €305 overall at level D1 from the employer associations Federchimica and Farmindustria. From a regulatory point of view, they have also asked for more training to meet new challenges along with reducing working hours to strike a better balance between work and personal life.
