On May 6, 2025, Aniem Confapi Lazio, alongside Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil Lazio, signed an agreement to determine the amounts related to the variable element of the remuneration (EVR) for the year 2025, in line with what was set by the CIRL on January 10, 2025. They analyzed regional indicators by comparing data from the triennium 2024/2023/2022 with the triennium 2023/2022/2021. As a result, for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the regional measure of the EVR was set at 4% of the minimum wage in effect as of January 1, 2023. This does not impact individual contractual salary structures, including severance pay.
Further, the regional EVR measures with equal or positive parameters (4% of the minimum levels as of January 1, 2023) for employees are as follows: seventh level – Executives and 1st upper category is 68.83; sixth level – 1st category is 61.95; fifth level – 2nd category is 51.62; fourth level – 4th level employees is 48.18; third level – 3rd category is 44.74; second level – 4th category is 40.26; first level – 4th category initial employment is 34.41.
Similarly, for workers, the EVR regional measure with equal or positive parameters is as follows: fourth level – 4th level worker is 0.28, third level – specialized worker is 0.26, second level – qualified worker is 0.23, first level – common worker is 0.20. Additionally, for discontinuous workers, the EVR for Guardians (art. 6) is 0.18 and for Guardians with accommodation (art. 6) is 0.16.
If there is a negative parameter, the EVR is determined at 65% of the regional figure. Therefore, for employees, the EVR measures are: seventh level – Executives and 1st upper category is 44.74; sixth level – 1st category is 40.27; fifth level – 2nd category is 33.55; fourth level – 4th level employees are 31.32; third level – 3rd category is 29.08; second level – 4th category is 26.17; first level – 4th category initial employment is 22.37.
For workers with one negative parameter, the EVR regional measures are: fourth level – 4th level worker is 0.18, third level – specialized worker is 0.17, second level – qualified worker is 0.15, and first level – common worker is 0.13. For discontinuous workers, the EVR for Guardians (art. 6) is 0.12 and for Guardians with accommodation (art. 6) it is 0.10.
