The Ebac, the Bilateral Calabria Crafts Body, has recognised a one-time indemnity of 500.00 euros, subject to a tax withholding of 23%, in favour of employees who have completed 8 consecutive years of service in the same company, and subsequently after another 4 years. The seniority period starts from the employment start date indicated on the pay slip.
At the first request made, both the worker and the company must have a continuity of registration and contribution for at least 36 months. To access the APA Bonus, the worker must not have enjoyed the same compensation provided for by the previous EBAC regulations.
The indemnity request must be submitted on a specific form to be sent via personal certified e-mail, or through a union territorial desk within 90 days from the accrual date of the right. The one-time indemnity is paid out at 500.00 euros.
