After 12 years of negotiations, a contract has been signed for employees of craft businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises in the sectors of wood, furniture, excavation, and stone material processing. On May 21, 2025, the renewal contract between Confartigianato Imprese Lombardia, Cna Lombardia, Claai Lombardia, Casartigiani Lombardia, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil Lombardia was signed.
The new contract includes:
– Improvements in wages;
– Introduction of corporate welfare;
– Payment for illness absence for up to 3 events per year;
– Bereavement leave and additional absences for professing other religions;
– Inclusion in the DVR of risks of violence, discrimination and harassment with training on the topic.
The new contract will take effect from May 21, 2025, until June 30, 2029.
