On May 21, 2025, an agreement was signed by Confagricoltura, Confederdia, and Cida concerning the renewal of the National Collective Labour Contract for agricultural managers, which was originally signed on February 23, 2022. This agreement introduces increases to the base monthly salary for the period 2025 – 2026. The increases are as follows:
– 165 euros as of June 1, 2025
– 100 euros as of January 1, 2026
Therefore, the envisaged amounts will be:
– 4,950 euros as of June 1, 2025
– 5,050 euros as of January 1, 2026
Starting on January 1, 2025, the contribution payable by the employer was set at 620 euros per year. In addition, the agreement introduces leave for victims of gender-based violence.
