On July 4th, social territorial parties of Emilia Romagna (Agci, Cna Costruzioni, Confartigianato, Confcooperative, Legacoop, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil) signed an agreement to extend the provision of the EVR for 2025.
The EVR is determined by comparing regional indicators for the three-year periods 2021-2024 and 2020-2023. A positive outcome emerged from their weighted sum for all 4 indicators with a percentage value to be applied of 100%.
The agreement specifically sets out the EVR amount for the period from April to December 2025 for businesses that have conducted an internal check with the positive result of only two regional parameters. The EVR amounts are tiered based on employee levels ranging from level 1 to level 8, with coefficients for EVR 2025 for employees ranging from 35.81 for level 1 to 91.32 for level 8.
For firms with a positive outcome of only one regional parameter, the EVR amount for the periods from April to December 2025 is halved compared to the previous case, from 17.91 for level 1 employees to 46.68 for level 8 employees.
The agreement also specifies that by July 31, 2025, firms must communicate the results of the internal checks, which form the basis for determining the EVR amount, to the trade unions and the Casseo Edile in Bologna.
