CCNL Enel: The performance bonus has been determined

On July 17, an agreement was signed by Enel Italia S.p.A. and Filctem-Cgil, Flaei and Uiltec for the renewal of the performance bonus, according to the current National Collective Labor Agreement.
The parties agreed that the actual amount payable would be 50% of the total performance bonus due to all staff, with the remaining fraction paid proportionately to the achievement of productivity objectives, with this portion representing no less than 70% of the total weight.
The gross per capita amounts for the BSS category for the period 2025-2027 were distributed as follows:
– €1,612 for 2025 for profitability and €1,420 for productivity, for a total of €3,032 for 2025;
– €1,659 for 2025 in terms of profitability and €1,467.50 for productivity, for a total of €3,127 for 2026;
– €1,709 for 2027 in terms of profitability and €1,517.50 for productivity, for a total compensation of €3,227 for 2027.
In addition, to improve the balance between private and work life, staff were given the opportunity to convert fractions of the performance bonus into one or more additional full day leave, up to five days to be used by the end of each year.
