The National Institute of Social Security (INPS) in Italy has announced that any malfunctions during the filling of the résumé and Digital Activation Pact (PAD) do not interfere with the investigation and payments of unemployment benefits (NASpI and DIS-COLL). This is provided, they satisfy the legal requirements. This communication came in response to reports of dysfunctions in the SIISL system used for managing these unemployment benefits.
In case of errors during the transmission of the PAD, the INPS is advising beneficiaries to verify the suitability of their personalized Service Pact at their local Employment Centre (CPI). For instances where the Pact is valid but outdated, it is necessary to take action to enter the Immediate Availability Declaration (DID).
The institute further highlights that the failure to fulfill the obligations stated does not lead to sanctions or the suspension or termination of benefits. Penalties are applied solely in cases of non-participation in active policy interventions proposed by the Employment Centres.
