On 29th July, an agreement was signed by Anaste, the autonomous unions Snalv/Confsal, Confsal, Fp-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs-Uil regarding the renewal of the National Collective Labour Contract (CCNL) for employees working in the socio-health, assistance, and educational sector.
The agreement, effective from 1st August 2025, entails a pay increase of 85 euros at the 4th level, to be adjusted for other levels. Additionally, there’s a one-time allowance of 300 euros to be paid in September, October, and November 2025.
At a normative level, there have also been several changes, including the plan to fully reimburse the illness and accident indemnity and obligatory maternity leave. The notice period has also been increased to 180 days in a three-year term, offering more protection to vulnerable workers. Days of absence for these workers won’t count towards their notice period.
