Starting September 1, 2025, applications can be submitted for the “parental” assistance grant that the National Bilateral Entity for Private Pharmacies has decided to dispense. This assistance is directly aimed at men and women working under permanent or apprenticeship contracts.
Two types of grants will be offered:
1. The non-self-sufficient care contribution, entitling recognition of €400 for supporting family members who cannot take care of themselves.
2. The parenthood contribution, which involves a grant of €250 for enrolling one or more children in nursery school.
These grants are available to salaried workers from companies that comply with the payment regulations specified in the sectoral contract. Applicants must have an Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE) of €30,000 or less.
Applications for the non-self-sufficient care contribution can be filed through December 31, 2025, while applications for the parenthood grant can be sent from September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
Once approved, the request will be processed, and payment will be made within 60 days of filing. The money will be directly credited to the bank account specified by the requester during the application process.
