On September 16, 2025, the Labor Organizations Cisl-Fp, Fisascat-Cisl, Uil-Fpl, Uiltucs, and Confcommercio Health, Health Care and Care met to continue negotiations for the renewal of the sector’s National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL), which expired on December 31, 2024. During this meeting, the Social Parties focused on themes such as health and safety, bargaining and working hours.
Furthermore, these Parties discussed the importance of the upcoming full meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2025. In this next meeting, they will debate wage increases and the terms of the new CCNL. The labor organizations have finally requested to speed up the negotiation process with the aim of reaching an agreement that provides adequate financial recognition for the workers, in line with other contracts in the social-health sector.
