CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria: Negotiations Resume for Contract Renewal

On September 11, 2025, the trade unions Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil announced the resumption of negotiations for contract renewals with the employer associations Federmeccanica and Assistal via a press release. The first meeting took place on this same day, with the focus on ongoing training, classification, and health and safety issues. The trade unions highlighted a cooperative willingness from both sides to enhance and expand contractual innovations. Further meetings are scheduled for September 18 and 25.
