In September, the 3rd tranche of the ‘Una Tantum’ will be issued for the 2022-2023 collective vacation period, per the agreement concluded by Assoposte, Slc-Cgil, Slp-Cisl, and Uil-Poste on December 21, 2023. All workers employed as of the agreement signing date will be awarded this payout with their September 2025 pay.
The amount paid out is proportional, related to the number of effective service months worked during the stated period. Any fraction of a month exceeding 15 days is counted as a full month for this purpose. The scheme also extends to part-time workers, but the payouts will be adjusted according to actual work hours.
The sum given is excluded from the severance pay calculation (TFR). It factors in the reflections on direct and indirect pay institutes of legal and contractual origin and includes them.
The payout varies according to the level, ranging from 149.67 for level 1, down to 125.33 for level 2, 114.51 for level 3, 110.00 for level 3S, 104.59 for level 4S, 99.18 for level 4, and 90.16 for level 5.
