The Bilateral Agencies of the Tertiary and Tourism sectors in Padova have introduced new initiatives to support workers and their families by allocating funds dedicated to culture, education and training. Members of these bodies can claim reimbursements for a variety of expenses such as books, cinema and theatre tickets, museum and exhibition tickets, and music, singing, painting and theatre courses.
Workers in the Tertiary sector, who have been members for at least 3 months, can receive a maximum refund of 70 EUR. For workers in the Tourism sector, who have been members for at least 6 months, the contribution increases to a maximum of 100 EUR.
In anticipation of the resumption of the school year, a specific contribution for the purchase of textbooks has also been planned. Particularly, concerning the expense incurred for children’s school books, workers in the Tertiary sector, who have been members for at least 3 months, can get a reimbursement equal to 75% of the expense, up to a maximum amount of 200/400 EUR. Meanwhile, members of the Tourism sector, who have been members for at least 6 months, can request a refund of 50% of the expense, up to a maximum of 200/400 EUR.
For the request of the reimbursements, applications must be submitted within 90 days of the last invoice or tax receipt, and it’s necessary to fill out the appropriate form available on the official site of the bodies themselves.
