The online application for municipalities (INPS, message September 9, 2025, n. 2623) is open from September 10. Following the recent message n. 2519/2025, INPS returns to the topic of the “Card Dedicated to You”, communicating that in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forests, and the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI), the service with the lists of beneficiaries for the 2025 annual contribution will be open in the online application for municipalities today, September 10, 2025, at 2 p.m.
INPS points out that municipalities can access the online application through the institutional website of the INPS, in the thematic area “Access to Services “INPS and Municipalities”, in the “Services to the Citizen” menu, selecting the “Services” item and then “Card Dedicated to You”.
Municipal operators can access the service with specific authorization, which can be requested following the instructions given in the aforementioned message n. 2519/2025. Once access to the online application has been obtained from the homepage of the institutional website, the same operators can view the lists of selected and selectable beneficiaries identified among those who meet the requirements and according to the criteria established by the reference legislation.
Municipalities are required to confirm the beneficiaries’ lists no later than 2 p.m. on October 9, 2025, this being the final closing date of the online application. As with previous years of the “Card Dedicated to You”, those responsible for INPS territorial structures will prioritize requests from municipalities for access to the online application, providing the necessary technical support to allow municipal operators to complete their tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
