The Pluriterritorial Bilateral Body of the Tertiary Sector of the Marches for the provinces of Ancona, Macerata and Fermo has established a fund for the reimbursement of school book expenses for children attending high school. All registered workers can avail of this reimbursement, which accounts for a maximum of €150. To be eligible to apply for this subsidy, the worker must be registered with the entity for at least one year and must be up to date with all contributions.
An essential prerequisite is that the student must have obtained a score not less than six tenths for all classes or 60/100 for their final year in high school in the previous academic year. The request for reimbursement must be submitted along with the necessary forms (parent’s ID card; last year’s school report card of the child for whom reimbursement is requested; certificate of enrolment in High School, and copy of the most recent payslip). The request should be submitted by December 31, 2025, via email, regular post, or certified electronic mail.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. A special commission will assess the applications, giving precedence based on the student’s academic achievements and the chronological order of the applications. Also, the reimbursement will only be made to the first 98 applications that are admitted.
Lastly, an applicant can only request the reimbursement grant for one child or for only one service among all those offered by the entity in a given year.
