Rinnovo del contratto CCNL dei Laboratori Privati Cifa siglato con nuovi minimi stipendi

From September 1st, 2025, new minimum salaries have been agreed for workers in the clinical analysis laboratories and multi-specialist centers sector following contractual renewal. The contractual renewal, which begins on September 1st 2025, is set to expire on August 30th, 2030.

The datorial parties Federlab and Unilavoro-Pmi, together with the syndicate Confsal-Fisals, have set these new standards, which also apply to first-entry workers and re-employments. Below is a representation of the base pay and contingency for different categories.

For framework employees (Quadro), the base pay is 2,290.02. For Category F, E, D, C, B, and A employees, the base pay amounts are 1,883.53, 1,682.54, 1,551.75, 1,452.45, 1,358.77, and 1,281.68 respectively.

Regarding first-time workers and re-employments, the regular pay regime applies as follows in the first and second year. The framework (Quadro) and Category F have the same salary amounts as their base pay in their first and second years.

For category E, the first-year pay is 1,682.54 with the second-year pay increasing sequentially from 1,264.41 to 1,431.67. Category D employees receive a starting pay of 1,551.75, with the second-year pay progressing from 1,166.31 to 1,320.49. Category C has a starting salary of 1,452.45, with a year-on-year increase from 1,091.84 to 1,236.09.

Category B workers have an initial salary of 1,358.77, with a yearly increase from 1,021.58 to 1,156.46. Category A’s salary amount remains the same as their base pay. These new salary standards are part of the changes in regulatory and salary provisions that have been implemented in the sector.
