On October 28, 2025, a contract renewal was signed for the period 2019-2021 for the non-executive personnel under the collective bargaining sector of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The renewal includes salary increases for 12 months, in addition to a 13th month, reported in the table below.
Two new salary parameters F11 and F12 were added from January 1 of the signing year of the 2019-2021 national collective labor agreement in the A category, and a new F11 parameter in the B category.
The salary parameters from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2022, for the F9 – F1 categories in A and F11 – F1 in B are listed in the tables. This contract renewal includes significant salary increments reaching up to amounts around 51,286.64 in A-F12 and 34,408.79 in B-F11 by January 1, 2022.
It’s highlighted that the amounts paid from January 1, 2022, are revised according to the contract’s increments, starting from the salaries listed in table D of the national collective labor agreement dated October 7, 2022.
Salary parameters F10 of category A and category B, starting from January 1, 2022, are revised as per the contract.
Moreover, increments are made from January 1, 2021, for the Presidency allowance. The increment amounts for categories A and B are also mentioned in separate tables.
Lastly, the single Presidency fund, from January 1, 2021, as ordered by the article 73 of the national collective labor agreement dated October 7, 2022, is permanently increased by an annual gross amount of 199.46 euro per head.
