In the Commerce, Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sector, the minimum wage would increase through various levels. The wages range from 1,375 to 2,930 from March 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. There would be further increase from November 1, 2025, with range from 1,405 to 2,990. The minimum wage would again increase from November 1, 2026, with the wages ranging from 1,425 to 3,045. Finally, another increase would be applied from February 1, 2027, with the wages ranging from 1,450 to 3,115.

In the Tourism and Public Entertainment sectors, the minimum wage would also increase gradually. The wages would range from 1,390 to 2,290 from June 1, 2025. There would be a further increment from June 1, 2026, with the wages ranging from 1,395 to 2,345. From June 1, 2027, again, an increase would be applied, with wage ranging from 1,415 to 2,390. Finally, another increment would be applied from December 1, 2027, with wages ranging from 1,445 to 2,450.

For the highest level workers in both sectors, labelled as Q, a additional duty allowance of 180 euros per 14 months in the Commerce, Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sector, and 70 euros per month in gross terms in the Tourism and Public Entertainment sectors, would also be granted.

The gradual increase in minimum wage levels across these sectors signifies a positive outlook in the economy and labor market. Moreover, it assures the protection of workers’ rights and wages during the specific time period. It also paves way for a potential economic growth through the enhancement of workers’ purchasing power as wage increment has been meticulously incorporated.
