The trade union organization Cisl-Scuola and l’Aran held a meeting on October 31, 2025, to negotiate the renewal of the collective labor agreement for the years 2022-2024. Aran announced the potential salary increases for the university, research, and Afam sectors, which aligns with the decision already made for the school sector.
Aran also communicated provisional values for the future collective labor agreement for 2025-2027. This includes average economic increases for school personnel starting from January 1, 2027. The increases consist of €135.00 per month for school staff, €142.00 for teachers, and €104.00 per month for non-teaching staff (Ata), for twelve months.
The union emphasizes the need to reach an agreement on the 2022-2024 renewal, which is crucial both for initiating negotiations for 2025-2027 and to ensure workers receive the balance of wage increases and the corresponding back pay. The next meeting for the continuation of the negotiation is set for November 5, 2025.
