The OO.SS. did not sign the CCNI concerning the criteria and methods for accessing supplementary health care. Following a meeting held at the Ministry of Education and Merit on December 29th, the FLC-CGIL did not definitively sign the National Collective Labour Agreement concerning the identification of the criteria and methods for accessing the integrated health care system for school personnel. Other entities such as CISL, SNALS, ANIEF, and Gilda, however, signed the agreement.
The FLC-CGIL expressed, during the meeting, the criticisms already highlighted during the negotiation, focusing on the small amount of resources made available and the lack of transparency regarding the services actually provided for supplementary health care. In addition, the union has pointed out the temporary nature of the funding, limited to the next four years, without any guarantee on the continuity of the service offered. Among the criticisms, there is also the use of funds that result from cuts to resources already allocated to schools.
In the press release issued, the FLC-CGIL has highlighted how the contents of the agreement were unilaterally defined by the Administration, without leaving room for a discussion.
