CIPL Construction Industry Foggia: EVR 2026 Determined

On February 17, 2026, the social parties Feneal Uil, Filca Cisl, Fillea Cgil and Ance Foggia, determined the amount of the Variable Element of Salary (EVR) for the period from 1st January to 31st December 2026 at a full measure of 4%. Depending on job categories and levels, there are various monthly and hourly rates.

For a full measure of 4%, the monthly rates are as follows:
– Level 7 (Senior staff and first class officers): €78.99
– Level 6 (First class employees): €71.09
– Level 5 (Second class employees): €59.24
– Level 4 (Employees and workers of 4th level): €55.29
– Level 3 (Third class employees and specialized workers): €51.34
– Level 2 (Fourth class employees and skilled workers): €46.21
– Level 1 (First job fourth class officers and common workers): €39.49
For custodians, porters and messengers and those who live at their workplaces, the rates are calculated hourly and accordingly.

In cases of negative company value, the measure is reduced to 2.60%. For this reduced measure the rates are:
– Level 7 (Senior staff and first class officers): €51.34
– Level 6 (First class employees): €46.21
– Level 5 (Second class employees): €38.51
– Level 4 (Employees and workers of 4th level): €34.94
– Level 3 (Third class employees and specialized workers): €33.37
– Level 2 (Fourth class employees and skilled workers): €30.04
– Level 1 (First job fourth class employees and common workers): €25.67
Again, for custodians, porters and messengers and those who live at their workplaces, the rates are calculated hourly.
