CCNL Cinematography Craftsmanship: Disbursement of Advance on Future Contractual Increases Anticipated

On April 14, 2026, Cna Cinema and Audiovisivo, Confartigianato Cinema and Audiovisivo, Casartigiani, Claai, Slc-Cgil, Fistel-Cisl, Uilcom-Uil signed an agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) of audiovisual company employees. A provision for the disbursement of 90.00 euros on the 4th level was established, starting from May 1, 2026.

This agreement creates an advance payment on future contractual increases (AFAC). The AFAC applies differently across the varying pay grades. As of May 1, 2026, the payment breakdown will be as follows:

At the first level, employees will receive a boost of 55.90 euros.

The second level is projected to get an AFAC of 66.52 euros.

The third level will receive a payment of 78.26 euros,

The fourth level is where a big jump to a 90.00 euro increase was determined.

Following this, despite being on the same 4th level, top-level employees (4th Super level) will get a slightly higher boost of their pay to 95.60 euros.

In the 5th and 5th super levels, employees will receive 101.74 euros and 105.10 euros respectively.

Those in higher pay grades, specifically the 6th and 7th levels, will experience a substantial increase in their advance payment on future contractual increases, with the 6th level receiving 118.50 euros, and the 7th level slated to get 139.20 euros.

The topmost 7th super-level employees will get the highest AFAC of 145.34 euros.

In addition to these provisions, starting from May 2026, negotiations will continue regarding the normative section of the CCNL.
